BiFei Membrane has introduced advanced technology, digested, absorbed, and innovatively developed oxidation-resistant hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes and nanofiltration membrane fully automated production lines. The BiFei Membrane production line employs a closed automatic feeding and no blind spot uniform stirring casting solution ripening system throughout the entire process, ensuring the purity and stability of the solution. Adopt the industry's most advanced continuous degassing technology to enable prolonged continuous production, with the spinneret capable of automatic real-time adjustment during operation, ensuring uniform thickness of the hollow fiber membrane base layer. Through a continuous reaction process, ultrafiltration membrane fibers with a pore size of 20 nanometers and high concentration, as well as charged nanofiltration membrane fibers with a pore size of 1 nanometer are formed. After constant temperature and humidity drying and storage treatment, the membrane fibers are uniformly packaged as membrane core of cylinder ultrafiltration membrane modules or as flat-plat ultrafiltration membrane modules. The assembly line installs the column-type membrane cores into the membrane shells and completes the tightening of all components. The testing line conducts multi-parameter index testing on each finished membrane module, such as initial flux, stable flux, and pressure resistance indicators.
